Metro Detroit weather forecast: Wet start with temps in the 60s later

Cloudy, foggy, and a bit rainy to start, although the morning rain is moving east and will end soon. The low clouds and fog could still produce some morning drizzle.

Temps will hang in the mid and upper 50s most of the day. Skies will begin to break apart in the afternoon bringing hints of sun and a shot at getting briefly into the low 60s with a cooler breeze NW 5-12 mph.

Friday will be on the cool side, but seasonably cooler with low 40s to start and mid 50s into the afternoon. There will be morning fog and then hazy sunshine to mostly sunny skies tomorrow afternoon.

The weekend looks great! We will see morning lows back down in the upper 30s and low 40s back on the cooler side compared to most of this week. Both Saturday and Sunday afternoon highs will be near 60 degrees with light winds.  As you know, the Fall Season brings constant changes so, make sure you have the Local4Casters app bringing the weather with you.
