Threat of severe weather is now over, but is snow following its path?

Severe threat has ended. Next up... snow!

Other than a quick sprinkle, we'll be dry overnight as temperatures drop to the mid 30s by daybreak.  Plenty of clouds will remain behind the front.

Saturday will start dry and chilly.  By afternoon, expect scattered snow showers (yup, snow!)  They won't amount to anything... no accumulation.  But temperatures will remain relatively steady and possibly fall a few degrees into the afternoon.  Also, with winds 15-25 mph wind chills will start in the upper 20s then fall into the teens by late afternoon.

We'll get some sunshine back on Sunday.  Temperatures will be slightly warmer with highs in the low 40s.

Next week gets gradually warmer, from the mid-and-upper 40s on Monday to the low 50s on Tuesday.

That will be our warmest temperature of the forecast (!?!) and it's also coming with rain.

From there, we settle into the 40s for the remainder of the work week.  But that's still above average for early March.
