There’s a different feel in the air today.
It’s pretty chilly outside as the winds continue to howl through SE Michigan. Temps will max out in the mid 40s but it will only feel like 30s today which means we are about 10 to 20 degrees below average even for early November.
Winds WNW 10-25 mph will keep us cool, keep clouds coming and going, and even try to squeeze out a little lake effect moisture. But, we are not expecting anything more than a few areas of drizzle mainly up in the Thumb.
Friday will be crisp but pleasant as we expect to see a bit more sun. Lows below freezing tomorrow morning will only warm again into the mid and maybe upper 40s Friday. The winds will relax a bit tomorrow but we expect breezy to windy conditions all weekend long.
A small weather disturbance will pass just north of us early Saturday bringing a chance for a few showers early in the day to start the weekend. But, most of the day will be dry. A windy and warmer Saturday in the mid 50s and then cooler Sunday and Veterans’ Day.
