Patchy fog to start to the day

Warming up in the afternoon

DETROIT – More patchy fog around this morning so pay extra attention early on as you hit the roads.

It's a crisp fall start in the low to mid 50s as some of our usually cooler suburbs are dipping into the 40s.

But, grad the shades because sunshine will be out today mixed with some cloud cover and highs in the mid to upper 70s.

Enough afternoon sunshine and we could hit 80° but don't hold your breath.

Not much wind NW/SW 5-10 mph.

Rain showers will be on radar this evening moving into the Thumb region and towards our northern counties.

So, expect rain showers around late tonight and overnight. Most of the rain should be ending right before Tuesday's morning commute. So, cooler air settles briefly getting our highs tomorrow only into the mid 60s with a northwest breeze 5-10 mph.
