Rain lightens up, isolated thunder possible

DETROIT – Rain is becoming a bit lighter this midday with some isolated thunder and lightning. The heaviest rain is moving north and east and moving east towards Southern Ontario.

The rain is making it tough to get around so be careful! Steady, light rain through the early afternoon will give way to lighter and more scattered through the later afternoon. Warmer breezes will bring highs into the 80 degree range as highs hit near 80 degrees.

Most of Wednesday is looking dry and cooler with highs in the upper 70s. We will see a few scattered late afternoon or evening showers tomorrow. Thursday and Friday looks great with temps in the mid to upper 70s and lower humidity as plenty of sunshine is expected to end the work week.

Computer models show a few storms possible on Saturday and the potential for some heavier showers and storms Sunday. It's still early and we will keep you updated. Get your complete 7 Day forecast on clickondetroit.com and on the Weather links:
