As high pressure shift to the east, the clockwise wind around it will mean a southerly flow for Southeast Michigan. This will blow warmer air over the region and the entire Lower Peninsula. This is good news for hunters participating in Firearm Deer Hunting Season. Temperatures will be in the middle and upper 50s in western Michigan and the Northern Lower Peninsula with mostly sunny skies.

Detroit and Southeast Michigan will benefit from a southwesterly wind. Sunday afternoon highs will be 10 degrees above average. The mercury will rise to 60 degrees or higher in many neighborhoods.

Sunday evening will be cooler with temps in the 50s.

Sunday night will be chilly but not as cold as the two previous ones. Lows will be near 40 degrees in the city and in the middle and upper 30s in surrounding towns.

Monday will be mostly sunny in the morning and partly sunny in the afternoon. Daytime temps will be in the upper 50s; near 60 degrees.

An area of low pressure and moisture building from Texas and the southern Mississippi River Valley will make its presence felt in southern Michigan Tuesday and the middle of the week. Rain arrives for Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures will be above freezing during the day and night. Daytime highs will be in the middle 50s Tuesday and near 60 degrees Wednesday. Early morning lows will be in the 40s both days.

Thursday will have lingering scattered showers with morning temps in the 40s and afternoon temps in the low 50s. Friday and Saturday will be sunnier but chillier with highs in the upper 40s and lows in the upper 30s, at most.
