Warmer weather on horizon overnight, Monday morning

Lows near 70

DETROIT – Showers are in the forecast but are more likely by midnight, Sunday night and Monday morning. Overnight lows will be near 70 degrees.

Monday will have showers and thunderstorms in the morning and mid-day with afternoon temps in the low 80s. Stormy activity is likely Tuesday with highs in the 80s, again. Wet weather comes to an end by Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday will be brighter and less humid. Highs will be in the middle and upper 70s Wednesday and Thursday. Friday will be near 80 or slightly more.
