Well now, after two days with severe weather, we had a spectacular summer-like day today! But we're not out of the woods yet in terms of strong storms, as you'll read below. Tonight, however, will be a quiet, pleasant night with mostly clear skies, and lows near 60° (15° Celsius for you Canadians). Wind will be light and variable.
We'll start our Friday (did somebody say "TGIF?") with sunshine, but skies will become partly cloudy and some widely scattered pop-up thunderstorms are possible during the afternoon. Many of us probably won't see a storm, but some of us will. A few might briefly become robust, although I'm not expecting much in the way of severe weather. Highs in the mid 80s (29° Celsius). South wind at 8 to 13 mph. Friday's sunrise is at 6:01 AM, and Friday's sunset is at 9:01 PM.
Any scattered storms should settle down considerably Friday night. It's going to be warm and muggy, with lows in the upper 60s.
It's possible that Saturday could start dry, but DO NOT plan on a dry day, as showers and thunderstorms are likely. In fact, we could get some heavy rain out of the deal. Highs in the mid 70s. With a bit of luck, the rain may taper off by late afternoon and salvage our Saturday evening plans…but this is highly uncertain right now. Temps will fall quickly behind the cold front swinging through, so keep this in mind if you have outdoor Saturday evening plans.
Partly cloudy and much cooler Saturday night, with lows in the mid to upper 40s.

Mostly clear Wednesday night, with lows in the mid 60s.
Mostly sunny on Thursday. Highs in the mid 80s…and this afternoon's long range charts suggest that we'll keep the warmth into the start of the upcoming weekend!
