Epilogue:

Last week I received a very nice tweet from somebody who commented that I was the only meteorologist in town all week long that had a dry forecast for yesterday. I just want to respond with my appreciation, and by saying that I work very hard on the forecast I give you every day. I probably spend more time working on it than most meteorologists at any TV station in the country. While no meteorologist anywhere in the world is ever going to be 100 percent perfect, I take great pride in getting it right even when I sometimes have to go against the grain and differ from everybody else. I'm grateful for your trust over the years.
