Wet weather moving out Friday morning

Highs in the 60s

DETROIT – Rain is leaving Metro Detroit early this morning, but the clouds remain. Those clouds may squeeze out a little drizzle and some damp roads may slow down the Friday morning commute. Mostly cloudy and a bit breezy with a cool front passing through today. We will see our 60s this morning fall into the 50s for a while and then briefly bounce back into the low 60s this afternoon. The winds start kicking up later this morning NW 5-15 mph.

Some areas of dense fog are likely early Saturday after this morning's rain and cooling temps.  Lows tomorrow dip down into the 40s and will struggle to warm up especially with low clouds and haze lasting through 10-11am. But, sunshine tomorrow afternoon will give off the classic Fall feel. Sunny Saturday afternoon with highs in the low 60s and lighter winds SW 5-10 mph.

70 degree temps are coming back Sunday with sunny conditions and warm breezes. We will likely see low 70s and winds SW 10-20 mph for tailgators... Go Lions! We want you to get the FREE Local4Casters Weather and Storm Pins apps to stay ahead of any storms.
