Sub-zero temps hit metro Detroit again

Wind chills early today will be -15 to -25 degrees

A Wind Chill Advisory has been issued as dangerous cold greets us on this Friday morning.

Partly cloudy skies with subzero temps all over SE Michigan and wind chills early today will be -15 to -25 degrees.

That means dress in layers and don't forget about your pets.

Highs today will reach the low teens but winds SW 10-15 mph will keep us brutally cold all day.

In fact, the Wind Chill Advisory ends at 11am, but the peak winds start late morning through the afternoon.

We may see a few flurries but it will be another rough day with some school closings and cancelled events. Check for the closings on the home page of clickondetroit.com.

We will likely have subzero lows tomorrow morning as well.

Partly cloudy skies will become mostly cloudy throughout the day.

A weak snow maker will move in Saturday afternoon and/or evening bringing a fresh 1-2" of snow.

Highs tomorrow will hit the mid to upper teens, but the winds will not be a problem.

Sunday may start with a few flurries and then a mix of sun and clouds a bit warmer.

Highs to end the weekend will hit the low 20s.

I have 30s in the 7 Day forecast. Follow those wind chills and the Saturday snow coming your way on radar right here on the weather page of clickondetroit.com.
