Wind, possible light showers on tap for Saturday

Sunday looking dry for Lions tailgating

DETROIT – Saturday will be mostly cloudy and quite windy!

There's also a chance for some scattered, light midday showers before we see partial clearing late in the day (your evening plans look dry).

Highs near 50 and this morning's southwest wind will shift to the west after a cold front comes through…blowing at 15 to 25 mph, with gusts approaching 40 m.p.h. possible.

Becoming partly cloudy tonight, with lows in the low-to-mid 30s.  Then partly cloudy on Sunday (dry for you Lions tailgaters!), with highs in the low 50s.

Monday and Tuesday look mostly dry, then the weather pattern gets a little uncertain.

My computer models are suggesting a windy, warmer and wet scenario by Thursday and Friday.  I'll keep you posted on Local 4 and ClickOnDetroit.com with my latest thoughts about our Halloween weather as I get new model data.  Right now, it looks mild…but potentially wet.
