O.A.R. playing at The Michigan Theater on Oct. 18

ANN ARBOR – Rock band O.A.R. is kicking off their stOARies tour in Ann Arbor on Wednesday night at The Michigan Theater.

The tour runs through Dec. 16 and includes twenty stops in Midwest and East Coast cities.

Special guest includes sibling duo and New York-based pop group Lawrence. 

This is the band's 21st year together. They've released eight studio albums and have toured extensively, especially in the summer months. They are known for their live shows, including charity concerts for Habitat for Humanity and their alma mater, Ohio State University.

Their latest album, "The Rockville LP," was released in 2014 and pays homage to four of the founding members' hometown, Rockville, Maryland.
