ANN ARBOR, Mich. - It’s a pub crawl like no other, and it’s distinctly Ann Arbor.
The annual A2 Art & Brew fundraiser by the Ann Arbor Art Center is coming back to town for its fifth year on Thursday, September 28.
Local bars and eateries will be competing for the most innovative beer and food combination. Participants vote for the winner, who will be announced following the event.
Restaurants will design pairings of craft beers and bite-sized plates
It’s $45 per person, and participants will be able to enjoy beers and fare from:
- The Beer Grotto
- Conor O’Neill’s
- Isalita Cantina
- Mani Osteria
- Old German
- Pretzel Bell
At each restaurant, three different pairings of beer and a bite-sized snack will be offered. Participants can taste all three pairings at some locations, or choose one to try at each location.
A digital gallery will be set up in each restaurant through an app where diners will be able to view select pieces of art from the Ann Arbor Art Center’s latest exhibition, "In Transit."
