ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Love beer and art? See them combine on Thursday, Sept. 28 at the Ann Arbor Art Center's September edition of "Straight Up" - a series that features local artists.

This month's theme? Pabst Blue Ribbon beer, more commonly known as PBR. The beverage company is holding its annual national PBRART challenge, where artists can win $30,000 in cash prizes, have their art displayed in bars across the country and get the chance to be featured on 30 million cans. See last year's winners.

The event is an after party for the Ann Arbor Art Center's annual fundraiser event A2 Art and Brew.
