Guy Gordon

Guy is happy to be celebrating his first decade with Local 4 News and his 29th year in Detroit TV.

He's covered many of the biggest stories affecting Metro Detroit and its residents including cross-country coverage of Pope John Paul II, Nelson Mandela, as well as Detroit's downtown stadiums, and the Chrysler/GM bankruptcies. The North American International Auto Show is still his favorite time of year.

His biggest source of pride--his 3 children with wife Gale.

When not anchoring the news you can usually find Guy with a golf club or tennis racquet in his hand or tooling around in his 2009 Pontiac Solstice GXP Coupe. Guy demonstrates his commitment to the people who live and work in metro Detroit. His annual charity golf outing, the "Guy Gordon Classic for Kids," has raised more than $1.5 Million for Oakland Family Services.
