So … what do you want to know? I was born in St. Louis, grew up in New York, but have lived in Metro Detroit most of my life. My dad, Joe Garagiola was a fixture on NBC for many years (Today Show and Baseball Game of the Week).
My mom is not as well known, but had her own career. She played the organ at Busch Stadium for the Cardinals.
I've worked at Local4 since 1995. I started in sports, and made the crossover to news after covering the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.
I love to write. I have an ebook available on writing and my life in TV news. It’s been quite a ride. I also love to cook and have published a cookbook of my favorites (The I Only Need One Cookbook Cookbook).
I hope you’ll check it out. And I play piano and guitar well enough to amuse myself. I’m not ready for an audience, but I’ll keep practicing.
