Detroit junior FBI agents sworn in
Program's mission is to improve attendance, self esteem
DETROIT – Students at Detroit's Oakland International Academy were sworn in Wednesday as junior FBI special agents.
Special agent Andy Arena handed out certificates at the school.
The FBI's Junior Special Agents Program began in 1990 with a mission to improve school attendance and students' self image.
