The bank employees gave a physical description of the male, as well as a clothing description. The Sheriff's Office Dispatch Center put that description of the suspect out over the deputies' radio which led to the capture of a 21-year-old white male at the Mobil Gas Station located down the street from the bank.

A photograph from the bank surveillance camera was a positive match for the man being detained. There was also money found in the suspect's vehicle, but no weapon.

The suspect will be interviewed by Detective Bureau and arraigned Wednesday after a warrant is authorized by the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office.

It is unknown whether or not the suspect in this case has been involved in any other robberies.
