When you go car shopping, you might want to add resale value to one of the factors you consider. Some vehicles hold their value much better than others, according to Kelley Blue Book. Each year the car experts at Kelley Blue Book come out with their list of resale winners.

This year, two brands were picked as being better than the rest. Kelley Blue Book found that, on average, 2015 Subaru models and 2015 Lexus models will hold their values better over a five year period. The average 2015 Subaru will retain 46.2% of its value five years from now. The Lexus model will retain an average of 42.2%.

When it comes to specific models these were the top four: 2015 Toyota Tacoma (60.4%), Jeep Wrangler (58.9%), Toyota Tundra (58.4%) and Chevrolet Colorado (58.3%).
