Community Access Centers, 311 Call Center now closed in Detroit

DETROIT - The City of Detroit closed the Community Access Centers and the 311 Call Center on June 30th.

The city said residents with questions about City departments are directed to contact the appropriate department directly.

Many of the services previously offered by CAC are now available to residents at four recreation centers: Patton, Williams, Butzel Family Center and Northwest Activities Center.

In addition, City information and DDOT bus schedules will be posted at all recreation centers.
