Local mom Holli Franklin is surprised by Local 4 for Inspire Today.
Holli’s son Michael Yost was killed in a tragic hit-and-run crash at 16 years old. Because she will never get to send him to college she has created a foundation in his name to raise money to send other kids to college. It’s called the Michael D. Yost Jr. Scholarship.
