DETROIT – Customers may be able to make a claim in a class action lawsuit settlement involving the chocolate and hazelnut spread Nutella.
The suit involved health claims about fat content in the spread.

Nutella will change its labeling and offer more than $3 million to customers who bought the spread between January of 2008 and February of this year.
