Kettle Brand issues potato chip recall

DETROIT – Kettle brand is recalling some of its Bakes Sea Salt Potato Chips.

The 4-ounce bags of the chips may have been exposed to milk-based sour cream seasoning, but milk is not listed as an ingredient on the package. This could be dangerous for people with dairy allergies. So far, there have been no reports of illnesses.

Kettle Brand is recalling 144 cases of the Bakes Sea Salt Potato Chips as a precaution. Consumers can contact Kettle Brand for a refund or replacement.
