DETROIT – Residents of a Detroit neighborhood on Outer Drive between Plymouth Road and Chicago Street are frustrated with the lack of action and answers after multiple water main breaks.

The street in the heart of Detroit has a big water problem that's costing people money. It floods the streets and even seeps inside some of the homes.

Children can't play outside, cars have trouble getting down the road and basements flood. Residents said they want to know what's causing the problem and when it will end.
