Detroit - Tomato-Cheese Ravioli Soup

Tina Miller, Meijer Healthy Living Advisor shares her recipe for a hearty winter soup.

Serves 4
1 (14.5 ounce) can Meijer stewed tomatoes
1 (14.5 ounce) can reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 tsp. McCormick Italian seasoning
3 cups frozen Meijer mini-cheese ravioli (regular cheese ravioli or tortillini may be used)
1 small zucchini, sliced
1/4 tsp. Meijer fresh ground black pepper
1.  In a stock pot combine tomatoes, broth and Italian seasoning.  Simmer 5 minutes.
2.  Add ravioli, zucchini and black pepper.  Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook an additional 8-10 minutes.
