3 big retail changes coming to Dearborn's Fairlane Town Center

DETROIT – Shoppers will notice some changes at the Fairlane Town Center in Dearborn this month.

The month of August kicked off with H&M’s grand reopening on Thursday, August 10. Located on the lower level, facing Macy’s Court, H&M offers fast-fashion at terrific prices for men, women, teenagers and children. Meanwhile, the former Express/Express Men store is now an Express Factory Outlet. Located on the lower level near Macy's, Claire's and Pretzelmaker, Express Factory Outlet has fantastic deals on fashion-forward clothing.

August’s excitement continues with Shoe Dept. Encore opening in mid-August on the upper level in the JCPenney wing, with 20,000-square-feet of top-name brands—including Converse, New Balance, Vans, Jellypop and Skechers—for the entire family.

In late August, Campus Den opens on the upper level in the Sears Wing. Anyone can express their team spirit by shopping at Campus Den, which will specialize in high-quality, Michigan collegiate apparel and accessories for all ages. Also opening in late August is Spice Boutique on the upper level in the Macy’s Wing. Color, pattern, and graphics enliven this boutique’s clothing selections for women, with bold accessories and unique hair care products on hand to complete the latest look.

Fairlane Town Center’s two levels feature more than 125 stores, restaurants and a 21-screen AMC Theatre. Stores include Macy’s, JCPenney, Sears, Hollister, Bath & Body Works, Charming Charlie, Express, Foot Locker, Forever 21, H&M, Zales Jewelers, and Victoria’s Secret. Dining options include P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Burger King, Dairy Queen and Taco Bell.

Fairlane Town Center is located at 18900 Michigan Ave in Dearborn, Michigan; regular hours are Monday – Saturday: 10 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
