5 Minute Apple Pie Recipe


Five Minute Apple Pie

6-8 tart baking apples (we use granny smith)
1 handful flour
1 handful sugar
3 spoons jelly or preserves
6 any cookies crushed
2 teaspoons of your favorite spices

1 rolled pie shell
1 rolled pie dough
1 egg beaten

preheat oven to 400 degrees F

peel and slice apples
put all other ingredients into bowl with apples and mix
put all mixture into the rolled pie shell
place the rolled dough over the top and crimp the edges
poke a couple holes for the pie to vent
wash the top of the pie with the beaten egg
sprinkle with more sugar

place pie in the preheated oven and immediately turn the temperature down to 375 F
bake for 40 minutes or until the top is a crispy golden brown
let pie sit for 3o mintes before serving.
