Raw Avocado-Cacao Pudding

3 - 4 avocados (size will vary)
3/4 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. raw cacao powder
1/2 c. raw non-dairy milk (prefer almond)
1/2 T. vanilla extract
pinch Himalayan or sea salt
1 T. coconut oil (optional)
Peel and seed avocados and place in blender, along with maple syrup, cacao powder, vanilla extract and sea salt. Gradually add 1/4 c. almond milk at a time to achieve a creamy consistency.
Garnish with cacao nibs, thinly sliced strawberries or mint leaves.
