Crab cakes recipe

Avocado Crema

1 Cup Sour Cream
½ Avocado
1 oz Lime Juice
¼ cup Picked Cilantro Leaves
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp coriander
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp kosher salt

Method of Preparation

Combine all ingredients in food Processor mix until blended smooth

Crab cakes ingredients

1 lb Lump Crab Meat
¼ cup Diced Celery
¼ cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Egg
½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp White Pepper
Zest of 1 Lemon

Method of Preparation

Mix Celery, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Egg and Breadcrumbs. Gently fold in Lump Crab Salt and Pepper, Add Lemon Zest Fold until combined
