Atwater Dirty Blonde Blondie:

3 cups     Cake Flour

1 Tbs       Baking Powder

1 tsp        Kosher Salt

12 oz       Unsalted Butter

3 cups     Light Brown Sugar

3               Whole Extra Large Eggs

1 tsp         Vanilla Extract

1 Tbs        Dirty Blonde Reduction

2 cups      Chopped Pecans

6 oz           Butterscotch Chips

 

Atwater Dirty Blonde Reduction

1 (12 oz)    Dirty Blonde Lager

3                Orange Peel Slices

3                Whole Cardamom Seed Pods

4 oz           Brown Sugar

 

Reduce Dirty Blonde by half with orange peels and cardamom in it. Add sugar when mostly reduced. Mix well. Set aside to cool)

 

 Dirty Blond Blondie (cont.)

1)Sift all dry ingredients together

2)Melt butter and brown sugar on the    stove.  Bring to a rapid boil.

3)Temper eggs into the hot butter and    sugar mixture.

4)Add vanilla extract and beer reduction

5)Add dry mix into the above mixture

6)Add pecans and butterscotch chips

7)Place in 13 x 9 pan and bake for 25 -30 minutes at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
