Bolero Explains Plantains
Jason Carr has never had of Plantains so we decided to invite Bolero Detroit to help us out! Chef Roberto Caceres and Robert Cacers specialize in Latin American Cuisine so they explained the difference between the sweet and savory plantains and showed us how different kinds of plantains are prepared. They also brought in a few other of their beautiful dishes they offer.
