Music can mean so much to so many. Here in Detroit we're known as the birthplace of Motown and electronic music. But even what we listen to today is influenced by those who performed decades before we were born. The new movie "America's Musical Journey" examines that heritage.
We were joined by Grammy nominated singer Aloee Blacc via satellite in New York to tell us about what he learned about working on this project.
