This cooking showdown supports an amazing cause

Join the Ronald McDonald House of Detroit for the House Chef Challenge to help families in need

Do you love watching cooking challenges? You now have the opportunity to join the fun and be a part of one! Jennifer Litomisky, executive director of the Ronald McDonald House, and Chef Steven Bearden, one of the cook-off chefs, joined Tati Amare to chat about the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Detroit, House Chef Challenge. On November 14th, from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., two teams of chefs will cook-off against each other using unknown, surprise ingredients. Every guest will have the chance to sample the dishes cooked by each team, and place a vote for their favorite one.

This event is not only a fun cooking showdown, it also raises money to support an important cause. The mission of the Ronald McDonald House Charities is to serve as a home away from home for families with kids in the hospital. Not only do these families receive home cooked meals and a cozy place to stay, but they are also surrounded by love, care and comfort.
