When you think of a candy cane you probably envision red and white stripes and the flavor of peppermint. But, companies are doing what they can to switch up the common Christmas treat.
For Try It Out Tuesday, hosts Tati Amare and Jason Carr did a taste test with five different flavors of candy canes. They are all from brands you’ll recognize, but the question is whether or not the flavors transfer over to hard candy. They tried Oreo, Dr. Pepper, 7 UP, A&W Root Beer, and Swedish Fish flavors.
