The U.S. Product Safety Commission has issued a massive recall for certain crib and toddler bed mattresses.
The "Dream on Me" spring and foam crib mattresses reportedly fail to meet the mandatory federal flammability standard for mattresses, therefore posing a fire hazard.

More than 23,000 items have been recalled, sold from Amazon, Kohl's, Toys'R'Us, Walmart and Wayfair.
No injuries have been reported.
Owners of the affected products should return them to the point of purchase for a full refund.
