Police said a 37-year-old Canton man was driving east on Ford Road in a 2002 Chevrolet Corvette when he lost control of the car, crossed the center line and was hit by a westbound 2016 Cadillac.

The 37-year-old man was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in Ypsilanti. He is listed in critical condition.

A 56-year-old Canton resident, who was driving the Cadillac, was also taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in Ypsilanti, but with non-life-threatening injuries.
