Wayne State suspends fraternity
Fraternity suspended following pledge-related thefts
DETROIT – A Wayne State University fraternity has been suspended following several pledge-related thefts
Lincoln Park police arrested three men after seeing someone jump out of a car and appear to steal something from a business.
Police found a pedestal ash tray, metal tool box and Jesus statue.
The men told police they had stolen the items as part of a pledge to join the Epsilon Beta chapter of Theta Tau.
Wayne State announced the suspension after learning of the arrests.
