DETROIT – A 12-year-old boy is fighting for his life after being caught in the line of fire outside his Detroit home.
Police said the boy was playing basketball on Montgomery Street when two cars crashed into a tree near the boy. Several men got out of the cars and began shooting at each other. One of the bullets hit the boy.
