DETROIT – Local 4's Carmen Harlan needs your help to get out of the doghouse - but it's all for a good cause!
Harlan is one of 12 local community members who have teamed up with the Michigan Humane Society to raise $5,000 each in donations.

The money will also go toward the 2012 Bow Wow Brunch on April 29, which is being held at the Dearborn Inn. Proceeds from the brunch will help MHS find homes for its adoptable animals, among other community outreach efforts.
Volunteers who raise the most money will be named Top Dog.
