The meeting comes after a millage proposal to cover bond payments for the failed movie studio was defeated by voters Tuesday night.

For the 2012/2013 fiscal year, Allen Park faces a deficit of more than $4 million.

On Wednesday, Mayor William Matakas will propose the millage goes back on the ballot in November. He hopes voters will reconsider the proposal so the city can avoid a state-appointed emergency manager.
