Friday afternoon with sunny skies and highs in the low 70s. It will be perfect for little league baseball games and other outdoor events in the afternoon and evening. Mother Nature will provide smooth sailing road conditions for any activities.
Friday night will be partly cloudy and cool with overnight lows near 50.
Saturday will be warm again, but there is showers are possible. However, the day will not be a wash-out. Showers and storms will be spotty and are more likely to occur in the late afternoon and early evening. Walking along the Detroit River or visiting the Detroit Zoo are perfect activities most of the day. Weather will cooperate for last minute Mothers Day shoppers, too. Highs will be near 75 degrees.
Mothers' Day, Sunday, will begin with clouds and end with sunshine and highs in the 60s. It will be dry all day for brunch or any other outings or celebrations for Mothers everywhere in the Detroit Area.
Warmer weather returns Monday and Tuesday with mostly sunny skies and highs closer to 70 degrees.
