Fire scare at a Rochester Hills high school

Principal says Lutheran High School Northwest will start on time


ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – Smoke was seen coming from Lutheran High School Northwest on Bagley road in Rochester Hills.

A coach from the school was in the building at the time and called the fire department.

Fire crews quickly fixed the problem. Little damage was done.

Local 4 was told an electrical problem in the school's weight room caused the smoke.

The school's principal says the damage will be taken care of by Tuesday. No school start delays are expected.
