Arriving court employees were told to leave the three-story suburban Detroit court building about 7:45 a.m. after some workers reported smelling a natural gas odor.

No injuries have been reported and police said the building is being aired out.

Consumers Energy is on the scene.

Spokeswoman Debra Dodd says contractors who worked on a boiler at the courthouse Wednesday are returning to see if that could be the origin of the leak.
