FARMINGTON, Mich. – A missing woman is found dead inside the Farmington home she shared with her boyfriend.
The 29-year-old woman went missing from the 23800 block of Colchester on February 23rd. According to police, friends of the victim all reported not hearing from her since she left a party on February 22nd to pick up her boyfriend from work. During an investigation, officers discovered what appeared to be bloody plastic inside the victim's home. At that time, the boyfriend was taken into custody.

Detectives interviewed the boyfriend, who confessed to having a verbal argument with the woman that turned physical. Officers executed a search warrant at the home and the woman was found deceased inside the home.
The boyfriend is now in police custody and awaits arraignment and formal charges from the Oakland County Prosecutors Office.
This is the first homicide in the City of Farmington since 2005.
