WESTLAND, Mich. – A man is facing charges of terrorism and kidnapping for allegedly threatening to have bombs while taking the Westland mayor's secretary hostage on Monday.

Sean Quigley is also charged with false threat of terrorism and the false report of a bomb threat.

Westland police said Quigley stormed into Westland City Hall and demanded to see Mayor William Wild.
