DETROIT – Detroit police said a couple was carjacked and robbed last weekend after their prom.
Police said two teens, who are both 17, were in their rental Toyota Camry just before 4 a.m. Sunday on Birwood Street when they were approached by two men.

One of the men carjacked the couple and took personal property while the other followed behind in a dark colored minivan.
The teens were not hurt.
Police have not released a detailed description of the two crooks.
