ROMULUS, Mich. – The Wayne County Sheriff's Office will finally have its' corporate fleet gas credit cards reinstated.
BP turned off the cards after the bill went unpaid.
The Sheriff's Office was over its $75,000 monthly budget by more than $30,000.
On Thursday, the County Commission agreed to pay last month's bill.
It approved a budget adjustment that ends the Sheriff's Office practice of fueling up at the Romulus Road Commission garage.
