DETROIT – Bob Bashara appeared via video Wednesday at a hearing where a judge ruled that a witness will get her computers back that were confiscated as evidence.
Three computers were taken from Therese Giffin in March so the prosecution and defense could copy any evidence from them.

Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Timothy Kenny ruled the computer be returned to Giffin on Friday.
Bashara didn't object to that.
Bashara has pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder, perjury, witness intimidation and conspiracy in connection with his wife's death.
Jane Bashara's body was found in her Mercedes-Benz SUV that was left in a Detroit alley in January 2012.
Bashara is already in jail after being convicted of trying to hire a hitman to kill Joe Gentz – the family handyman who pleaded guilty to strangling Jane. Gentz said he was told to kill Jane by Bob.
