DETROIT – Two familiar faces often seen around Comerica Park in Detroit at Tigers games appear to have been the victims of a hit-and-run.
Detroit police said two men were hit and killed at about 3 a.m. Saturday on Gratiot near Russell.
Witnesses tell Local 4 the men were the James Van Horn who was well known as "Eat 'em Up Tigers" guy and a man known as "Dreadlock Mike."
Police say the two were crossing the road when they were struck by a small black vehicle that didn't stop.
Police said the men have not positively been identified yet, but it is believed they are the two well-known Tigers fans.
